My deck maximizes manipulation of enemy positions (gravity, grapple, gladiator), and fast drawing through my deck (Mage power, Mana Surge and other low cost arcane cards).
I bid 2 for starting turn, so I have 1 mana to cast mana surge if I am lucky. Or otherwise I jsut use turn one to lay a trap, assassin advances, and gladiator gets in a save position a bit behind. I discard pretty much everything that can't be used for enemy manipulation, though I usually keep bloodlust for the gladiator.
On turn 2 I can very often now pull the enemy with their back into the assassin for a backstab x10, followed by actively backstabbing for another 10 to kill.
I captured it on video which I will post later as youtube is being dead slow.
